if you are using any cyber and you want to tease a person siting on other com just use that trick
Open up the Run Type: shutdown -i and click ok Click "Add" Enter name or IP address of computer to shut down.(or add pc from add option that will not work in some of computers and lans) you can also type funny messages i tried dont you wanna try?
